Ever since I started my career in interior design I strongly focused on aesthetic design and “look & feel” of the objects I‘m working with.

Why is it that we are excited by a certain design and shape, and just a little deviation makes all the difference?

Which structure and shape makes me want to touch the object – or why not?

I always admired artists who are using their hands to strive for stunning shapes or maybe the perfect design. And so do I, working very dedicated to give each and every piece its individual aesthetic form shaped with my own hands and a dedicated view to the object in front of me. In particular my inner emotions concentrate to achieve a perfect story behind the design and shape of my work piece.

The use of various manufacturing steps and diverse clay materials, lead into a unique, handcrafted art object.

The Focus

In all my projects – whether in the world of clay art as well as in my profession as interior designer- I’m driven by the desire to inspire my assignments and performances with a soothing yet stimulating harmony.

This harmony shall influence the observer, creating an emotional atmosphere and finally filling the whole room with kind of a lively silence.

Since clay came into my life, my great love for aesthetic & proportion, my affinity to structure and colour was aimed to be the bundle of my (new) passion.

This passion should be apparent in each artwork, visible in perfect rotundity and curves, perfect in design and proportion – and certainly equally shown in the living spaces I´m still creating…
